Terms of Service

1. Provider and scope

These terms apply to the use of the PostAlike web app at app.postalike.com. The provider is Heiko Lindner – Social Media Experte & IT Berater, Tumblingerstraße 45, 80337 Munich, Germany (see the legal notice). PostAlike is in an early test phase (early access) and is intended for businesses, freelancers and agencies.

2. Services

PostAlike helps you create social media posts in your brand's style: texts and images are generated with AI services, and you can edit them, schedule them and publish them through the Facebook Pages and Instagram accounts you connected. During the test phase, features may change and there is no claim to any particular availability.

3. Account and access

Keep your sign-in details secret. You may only connect Facebook Pages and Instagram accounts that you manage yourself or that their owner has authorised you to use.

4. Your content and responsibility

You are responsible for all content you create and publish with PostAlike, including AI-generated texts and images. Review them before publishing.
Use other people's posts only as inspiration. Do not copy other people's images, texts, brands or logos you have no rights to.
Do not publish unlawful, misleading, discriminatory or content harmful to minors, and follow the policies of Meta, Instagram and Facebook as well as advertising and labelling rules (for example the German Heilmittelwerbegesetz for health-related advertising).
You keep all rights to your content. You grant us only the rights we need to store, process and publish the content on your behalf.

5. Third-party services

PostAlike uses Meta's interfaces for publishing. We are not responsible for their availability or for Meta's decisions about your accounts. You can end the connection at any time, see Data deletion.

6. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence we are only liable for breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to the foreseeable, typical damage. Liability under the German Product Liability Act remains unaffected.

7. Term and termination

You can close your account at any time by emailing [email protected]. We may block access in case of violations of these terms. After termination we delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Final provisions

German law applies. The place of jurisdiction for merchants is Munich. Should individual provisions be invalid, the remaining provisions stay in effect.
