Data Deletion

How to remove the connection to Facebook and Instagram and have your data deleted from PostAlike.

1. Disconnect Facebook and Instagram

In the app: In PostAlike, open Meta settings, choose the brand and click Disconnect. The stored access tokens and the Page and Instagram data of this brand are deleted immediately.

On Facebook: On Facebook, open Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations, select PostAlike and click Remove. PostAlike can then no longer access your Pages and Instagram accounts.

2. Have all data deleted

Send an email to [email protected] with the subject “PostAlike data deletion” and the email address of your PostAlike account. Within 30 days we delete:

your account and sign-in details,
all brand profiles, drafts, schedules, uploaded and generated images,
all stored connections to Facebook and Instagram, including access tokens.

We confirm the deletion by email. Posts already published on Facebook or Instagram stay there; you can delete them directly on Facebook or Instagram.
